Thirty-Day Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@aumiwa.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at support@aumiwa.com and we will arrange an exchange where available.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
